The staff of Freedom’s Revolution would like to welcome you to our new online newspaper.  Our goal is to keep the student body informed about issues around this campus as well as issues around the globe.  We hope that everyone in the Freedom family will make us your homepage or bookmark us so that you may check back often.

Readers will notice that Freedom’s online publication is filled with many interactive elements that print journalism simply cannot support.  Some of these features include embedded video, real time polls, photo galleries, sport score rotators, links to Edsby, Facebook, Twitter, and breaking news.  Also, we are no longer obligated to file a story and wait for it to go to print.  Instead, news stories and sports coverage will stay as current as the staff can keep them.  Readers will also be able to like us or subscribe via email to receive notifications when the publication is updated.

Advertising opportunities will be available soon.  Unlike our print publications, this advertising will have the ability to reach a much larger audience.  FHS Revolution will begin taking applications from advertisers in November.  Until then, a special thank you to our principal Mr. Sheppard who aided in funding this project.

In the coming weeks, we will be asking for feedback from our readers: students, teachers, parents, local business leaders, and alumni.  Let us know how we might make this publication better suited to your needs and the needs of the community.
