Verizon is known for taking their time on getting recently released phones. The Samsung Galaxy S5 is no different. This flagship phone from Samsung was released late in Verizon, but it comes with a sweet deal. While AT&T, T-Mobile, and Sprint had their hands on the 5.1-inch, HD, Snapdragon 801-equipped Flagship phone, Verizon beat them to the great deal. With the two-year plan that Verizon gives, you can own two Samsung Galaxy S5 phones for $199.99. Verizon gives you options on if you choose to get two Galaxy S5 or other selected phones such as the ATIV SE or HTC One (M8).

“I think it’s a really great deal, my mom is actually planning on getting it after our contract expires with Sprint,” said freshman Sarah Cortes.

This deal has people wondering if it is worth it to leave Apple’s iPhone for Samsung’s Galaxy S5. At a two for one deal it’s a hard choice on deciding if it’s worth it. In comparison to the iPhone 5s and the iPhone 5c, Apple’s latest phones, you pay $199 for the 5s and $99 for the 5c.

“As much as I love my iPhone the deal seems pretty great. Honestly, the Galaxy S5 seems pretty awesome, the deal makes it even better,” said junior Edward Cortes.

Now this deal all comes to your decision on whether or not you would enjoy two phones for the price of one.
