Saying Good-bye to 2015

Saying Good-bye to 2015

“Never say goodbye because goodbye means going away and going away means forgetting.”

― J.M. Barrie, Peter Pan

It’s that time of year again, Freedom Patriots – Graduation. The seniors we’ve had the pleasure of working with on the newspaper are some of the best we’ve seen. We’re so thankful for all their hard work, long hours, and dedication to the editing, designing, and changing the overall look of our newspaper. This year was a strange one as we scrapped printing and moved to a fully online paper. It was a hard transition but the seniors took it in stride and, with the help of the underclassmen, produced a truly great website. Next year will be strange without them, we won’t hear their infectious laughs, wild ideas, and see their crazy antics but as we move forward we’ll remember those times and use them as a tool to continue to make the Revolution Newspaper even better. We wish they could stay another year, we’re going to miss them so much. But, even though it’s sad to see them go, we’re so excited to see what they’re going to achieve, accomplish, and change in the future- maybe they’ll even work on their college newspapers. Thank you seniors for this year and the last three. We wish you the best of luck and hope you reach the goals you created while being here and remember: once a patriot always a patriot.  Go great places but remember where you came from.
