The Fault In Our Stars Set to Exceed Expectations

On June 6th John Green book lovers everywhere will be anxiously waiting in line outside theater doors, to see the first showing of his #1 New York Times bestseller book The Fault in Our Stars. In 2012 the book came out, and automatically become a personal favorite of many readers. It captured millions of hearts with the sad love story of two cancer patients, seventeen-year-old Augustus Waters and sixteen- year-old Hazel Grace Lancaster.  The two met each other at a cancer support group, were Augustus was staring at Hazel. Then with time they fell in love with each other and shared first time experiences with each other. Ending in a tragic conclusion to their blissful love story.

The movie began being filmed on August 26, 2013 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, then finished on October 10 in America. October 14-16 they wrapped up filming in Amsterdam. John Green was an important part in the production of the movie and putting in his input. The main cast includes Shailene Woodley as Hazel Grace Lancaster, Ansel Elgort as Augustus Waters and Nat Wolff as Isaac.

With the book being a #1 New York Times bestseller, the standards are extremely high for the movie. Fans are hoping that the movie is as similar to the book as it can get. People are excited for the movie as evidenced by the Twitter fan pages. When the movie trailer accidently leaked, the world went crazy with such a positive reaction to it.

John Green has been constantly interacting with the fans about how excited they are for the movie. Green has also been posting many behind the scene clips on YouTube, to get fans more engaged in the movie. We can only wait to see if the movie will exceed the expectations.
