Another super easy, no bake, six ingredient recipe is cheesecake stuffed strawberries. This fruity dessert is the perfect food for a sweet tooth. It is super satisfying and the creamy, smooth filling pairs well with the strawberry.

All you need for this recipe is strawberries, powdered sugar, vanilla extract,  cream cheese, heavy cream, and graham crackers. You will also need a tool to hollow out the strawberries.

The first thing you will need to do is take your strawberries and hollow them out. You can use whatever tool to do this and make sure you do not cut too deep. I used a knife and turned the strawberry as I sliced out the middle.

In a separate bowl, add  one cup of cream cheese, 1/3 cup of powdered sugar, one teaspoon of vanilla extract, and one tablespoon of heavy cream. Mix these ingredients until it forms a firm and thick mixture.

Once your mixture is complete and your strawberries are hollowed, use a spoon to add the mixture into your strawberries. Scoop however much you would like into the strawberry and leave a thin layer on top of your berry.

Lastly, take some graham crackers and add them to a bag. Slightly crush your graham crackers until they are all loosely crumbled, make sure there are no chunks. Dump them into a bowl when crushed.

Take your filled strawberries and dab them in the graham cracker crumbs, allowing the crumbs to stick to the cheesecake filling on top of the strawberry. For extra crunch, add some graham cracker crumbs into your strawberry before adding the filling.

Now you’re done! Keep them in the fridge to make sure they stay cool and eat them whenever you want. They are a super tasty and easy dessert to make and can serve lots of people.
