For all of 2013, a woman named Beautiful Existence only ate and drank Starbucks or Starbucks owned brands. In 2012 she applied articles from parent magazines to her family life cycle and in 2011 she only bought clothes from Goodwill. Existence spent more than 7,000 dollars on Starbucks products.

“I thought it would be over 5,000 but 6,000 at most. It was definitely a bit more than I thought,” CBNC News quoted.

In addition to spending 600 dollars a month, Starbucks stayed in contact with Existence to tell her about new products and Starbucks or Starbucks owned companies did not offer her any money or discounts because it was her challenge to herself. She set these goals because she watched the men carry out other challenges and she asked herself “where are the women challenging themselves in the world?”

In 2012 she bought magazines that advertised home decorations and new designs to keep her house up to date. She spent hundreds on new decorations but it was her style and her creativity that made it all worth it. Beautiful Existence’s challenge in 2011 was to shop at Goodwill for clothes for an entire year. She did this because she wanted to decrease the amount of waste, buy new and name brand products, and limit the amount of money she spends on clothes. She also meets others who enjoy the thrill of hunting at stores that give back to the communities.

In 2014 Existence started to get ready for her new challenge: to try as many sports as possible with REI in Redmond, Washington. She begins training to complete six marathons in one year and will try out for 80 or more sports. Before she starts this journey off she will prepare herself and get items that she needs to attend to these sports.
