Valentine’s Day is just around the corner, and it’s the perfect time to figure out a memorable, romantic place to take your friends or loved ones this year. During this time of the month, many people are starting to prepare for what they’re going to do for Valentine’s Day.
The first thing students are planning to do for this Valentine’s is figure out which place is going to be the perfect spot to take their friends or loved ones. Some students already have their plans set.
“I’ll probably be hanging out with my mom at Chick-Fil-A because it’s close by where we live,” said Kendra Assonken (11th). “Afterward, we’ll probably go to Ross to shop around.”
Some students will be spending their time with friends or family, while others will be out with their loved ones this Valentine’s Day.
“I’ll probably be going to the arcade, specifically Main Event, with my girlfriend,” said Jordyn Byrd (10th). “And then to a breakfast place called Egg Town right down the road.”
Valentine’s Day can also be a day where you don’t have to go out and spend a ton of money on someone you care about. You can spend time together doing something budget friendly.
“For Valentine’s Day, it would be the Strawberry Festival. I don’t think it’s too expensive,” said Kendra Assonken (11th). “I would say the movies or a picnic are also great, budget-friendly date ideas.”
Overall, the best place to go for Valentine’s Day this year would be a place that is budget-friendly, romantic, and memorable all at the same time.
“Around this time of year, I would say the fair is definitely a unique place to go for a special outing with friends or loved ones,” said Jordyn Byrd (10th). “Also, a picnic is a perfect, memorable place for family or friends.”
